I am officially accepted by the Sorbonne!! I checked my application status on their website today, and I am in. So now I just have to wait for the paper letter of acceptance to arrive in the mail so I can finish my visa application. Everyone keep your fingers crossed. :)
Congratulations, Sarah! That's fabulous. What, exactly, will you do there, and how long will you be there? (I need to know if I have time to save for a trip to Paris...) :)
I'll be studying French language and attending weekly French civ. lectures. The plan is to be there from mid-January to prepare for school. Classes end in May, and I'm hoping I can get a visa through the end of June so I can do some exploring for the last few weeks. Cheap airfare to tons of European cities isn't readily available every day, so I want to take advantage...
I love interesting, beautiful, and creative things. I majored in French.
I am inspired by color, art and photography. I am committed to lifelong learning.
I like painting and cooking, and I try to take any chance I can to be creative.
